Managing Subscriptions

A subscription with Nexefy Mapper is required to create a new map and export to CSV.

Purchasing a Standard or Pro plan

1. From the dashboard, select Billing in the side menu

2. If you already have a subscription, click Change Plan under Your Plan.

3. Click Buy Now under the Standard or Pro plan

4. Enter your information:

  • First and Last Name: Type your name.
  • Email Address: Enter a valid email address.
  • Phone: Enter a valid phone number.
  • Organisation: Type your current organisation.
  • ABN: Type your organisations current Australian Business Number.
  • RTO Code: Type your organisations current RTO code.

5. Enter your billing address:

  • Address: Enter your address.
  • Suburb: Enter your suburb.
  • Postcode: Enter your postcode.
  • Select a payment method:
    • Card: Add your card details.
    • PayPal: Log in and process your payment via pay pal.

6. Once completed, click purchase.

Note: A copy of your receipt will be emailed to the provided address. You can also download it by clicking the Download button.

Purchasing an Enterprise Plan

1. From the dashboard, select Billing in the side menu

2. If you already have a subscription, click Change Plan under Your Plan.

2. Click Contact us under the Enterprise subscription plan.

3. Call or email the Mapper team, or enter your information:

  • First and Last Name: Type your name.
  • Email Address: Enter a valid email address.
  • Phone: Enter a valid phone number.
  • Organisation: Type your current organisation.
  • ABN: Type your organisations current Australian Business Number.
  • RTO Code: Type your organisations current RTO code.

5. Click Send. The Mapper team will be in touch to arrange pricing.

Note: If you select the Enterprise Plan, one of our team members will contact you to arrange pricing depending on your unique circumstances and needs. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the email or phone number provided on the confirmation screen.
Upgrading your subscription
  1. From the dashboard, select Billing in the side menu.
  2. Click Change Plan under Your Plan.
  3. Choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs.
  4. Click Buy Now or Contact us within your selected plan.
  5. Follow the steps in Purchasing a Standard or Pro Plan or Purchasing an Enterprise Plan

Download a purchase receipt

1. From the Dashboard, select Billing in the side menu.

2. In the Purchase History section, find the transaction you wish to download.

3. In the Receipt column for that transaction, click Download. A PDF copy of your receipt will be downloaded by your browser.
