Troubleshooting an Incomplete Map Analysis
If at any point during map analysis, the process is interrupted, the result is a partially completed map report. The interruption could be due to a system error or insufficient credits.
A System Error
If an error occurs during map analysis, an Analysis Incomplete status will appear on the map card in the Dashboard.
If the Map Report is open(ed), a dialogue box will appear:
To resume the map analysis from the Map Report
1. Click Resume.
2. If the error persists, record the error message by copying it or taking a screenshot and contact support via the support bubble at the lower right corner of the screen.
To continue with the partial map, click Ignore.
To resume the map analysis from the Dashboard
1. Click the map card with status Analysis Incomplete
2. In the Control Panel, click Resume.
3. If the error persists, record the error message and contact support.
Insufficient Credits
If there are not enough credits in your account to complete a map analysis, a dialogue box will appear when creating a new map. You can purchase more credits or select Map Anyway. The latter will perform an incomplete map analysis resulting in a partial map.
Resume the map analysis from the Map Report
1. Open the Map Report. A dialogue box will appear.
2. Click "Get credits"
3. Use the checkout process to purchase more credits (ensuring you will have enough credits to complete the map).
4. Return to the Map Report and click "Resume".
To continue with the partial map, click "ignore".
Resume the map analysis from the Dashboard
1. Click the map card with status "Analysis Incomplete"
2. In the Control Panel, click "Get Credits"
3. Use the checkout process to purchase more credits (ensuring you will have enough credits to complete the map).
4. Return to the dashboard, and with the map card selected, click "Resume" in the control panel.
