How many pages of content can the Mapper process?

The Mapper can accept around 300 pages of content per analysis.

What file formats does Mapper accept?

Mapper accepts PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.

How long does the mapping process take?

Mapper can take any time between just a few minutes and a couple of hours, depending on how many units you're mapping and how big your documents are.

My map says it is pending, what does this mean?

Mapper processes maps in order, so if your map is pending, it's already in the queue and will be mapped shortly.

What happens to my data?

Your data is used solely for the purpose of performing the mapping analysis and is not used to train any Large Language Models (LLMs). For complete details about how we handle your data, please refer to our Data Policy.

Is Mapper's analysis compliant with RTO requirements?

While the Mapper is designed to assist with the mapping process, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring accurate mapping lies with the RTO and its authorised personnel. The Mapper should be used as an assistive tool to enhance efficiency, not as a replacement for professional judgment.
