How can we help?

Once your account is created, follow these steps to log in:

1. Go to the Nexefy Mapper sign in page: mapper.nexefy.com/login

2. Enter your details:

• Email Address: Enter the email address you used to create your account.
• Password: Enter the password you used during account creation.

3. If you want Mapper to remember your login details, click the “Remember me” checkbox.

4. Click the Sign In button.

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. From the Nexefy Mapper login page, click Forgot Password or go directly to: mapper.nexefy.com/reset

2. Enter the email address you used to create your account.

3. Click the Reset Password button.

4. In the “An email has been sent” pop-up, click the Okay button.

5. Check your email for a “Reset Your Password” email (from mapper@nexefy.com).

6. Open the email and click the Reset Password button. This will open a new page in your browser.

Note: If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder.

7. Enter a new password. Your password must contain at least:

• 8 characters
• 1 upper case letter
• 1 lower case letter
• 1 special character/symbol

8. Click Update.

9. Sign in with your new password.
