Organising Maps

Keep your dashboard organised and tidy, making it easy to find and access what you need.

Understanding Map and Collection Cards

On the Mapper Dashboard, cards allow you to view details, organise and access your maps. There are two types of cards; Collection cards and Map cards.

Map Cards

Map cards represent a map for a single unit. A map card displays the following.

Status

Indicates a map's progress. The status will show:

  • Fully met
  • Percentage met
  • Analysing (when the map analysis is still in progress)
  • Pause (if a map analysis is paused)

Selection Checkbox

Used to select multiple cards for bulk actions (e.g., deleting or exporting)

Note: Only map cards can have multiple selected.

Map Title

The map title displays the code and name of the unit as it appears in training.gov.au.

Collections Dropdown

The collections dropdown displays all collections the map is associated with.

  1. Click the Collections icon to open the dropdown.
  2. Click a collection name to open that collection.

Collections Info

The collections info indicates how many collections a unit is associated with

Collection Cards

Collection cards represent a collection of maps. In the context of training.gov.au, a collection will be a qualification or skill set and the maps it contains are of units. A collection card displays the following.

Status

Indicates the overall progress of the maps associated with the collection. The status will show:

  • Fully met
  • Percentage met
  • Analysing (when associated maps analysis is still in progress)
  • Pause (if a collection analysis is paused)

Collection Title

The collection title displays the code and name of the collection as it appears in training.gov.au.

Unit Number
